The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary for multi properties in the Tunica area, including Hollywood, 1st Jackpot and/or Resorts Casinos-Tunica: . - Responsible for providing guidance and daily oversight of the Revenue Audit department in absence of Supervisor or Manager.  Supports and administers operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives. - Responsible for supporting compliance in making sure regulations and internal controls are followed. - Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.  Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise.   - Coordinates all daily revenue audits. - Prepares team member schedule and approves FTO. - Prepares and reviews weekly/monthly/yearly revenue tax returns and ensures compliance with all tax and gaming regulations. - Informs Manager of all potential problems or other revenue audit issuers in a timely manner. - Prepare and enter Gaming and Non Gaming Journal Entries. - Prepares Gaming and Non Gaming account reconciliations. - Pays weekly and monthly gaming taxes. - Responsible for ensuring exceptions are returned and logged from department leaders. - Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.  QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS   To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
