- Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.- Provides lead supervision and training to Valet Attendants; ensures proper handling and securing of keys. - Ensures courteous and prompt attention to guest requests or complaints.- Greets arriving and departing guests.- Parks guest vehicles in specified areas in an efficient and safe manner. - Retrieves customer vehicles from specified areas in an efficient and safe manner. - Performs drive-and-park assignments per departmental policies and procedures. - Ensures prompt reporting of any incidents to supervisor. - Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.- Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
