- Responsible to take orders from patrons and return these orders in a timely manner. - Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service. - Writes order on check or memorizes it. - Relays order to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars.- Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed. - Clears and resets counters or tables at conclusion of each course.- Garnishes and decorates dishes preparatory to serving.- Carves meats, bones fish and fowl, and prepares flaming dishes and desserts at patron's table.- Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed. - Totals bill and accepts payment or refers patron to Cashier. - Ladles soup, tosses salads, portions pies and desserts, brews coffee, and performs other services as determined by establishment's size and practices.- Clears and resets counters or tables at conclusion of each course.- Serves patrons from chafing dish at table.- Responsible to have knowledge of patron limitations and company policy and procedure regarding alcohol beverage limitations. - Ensure the safety and security of guest and team members. - Ensures all guests at 1st Jackpot Casino enjoy a positive gaming experience due to high quality of guest service. - Welcomes and interacts with guests and other team members with a genuine display of caring and friendliness.   - Other duties as assigned.
